The Inspector General for the Treasury Department has just reported that Treasury was given ONE DAY to review Obama’s 528M loan to Solyndra, a ‘Green Energy’ farce run by one of Obama’s ‘Bundlers’ (raiser of campaign contributions). Now several other ‘Green Energy’ endeavors funded by Obama have also gone bankrupt losing 100% of the taxpayer funds and guarantees he provided to them. These FOO’s (Friends of Obama) paid themselves bonuses of hundreds of thousands of dollars just before filing for Bankruptcy.

 

A reporter, Liberal no less, says Bill Clinton told him Obama is foreign born and not Constitutionally qualified to be President.

Dear Georgia Republican Party Chair Sue Everhart,

I frequently get the question from members of the Clayton County GOP, “why is our leadership silent on the recent revelations by Sheriff Joe Arpaio (AZ)”. In case you haven’t heard, Sheriff Joe created an investigative team of professionals to look into the question of the validity of Obama’s two documents  produced and then posted on the internet supposedly proving he’s eligible for the position he now holds. The first was his Birth Certificate and second was his Selective Service registration card.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vgECj_yg71Y&feature=player_embedded The Sheriff went into this with the idea that he’d verify these documents and lay all the rumors of them being forged to rest. Unfortunately, that’s not what he found. What was uncovered was proof positive that these documents are, in fact, forgeries and poor ones at that. Not that it’s news since most who have followed this story new this from the beginning but couldn’t get a law enforcement agency to confirm the allegations. Now that we do have that legal confirmation we’re finding out that there’s a media blackout on the story? What’s worse, and the reason for this  E-Mail letter, is the GOP silence as well.

Eric Holder is a busy man. When President Obama’s chief law enforcement officer isn’t tied up selling guns to Mexican drug cartels, refusing to prosecute self-serving cases of voter intimidation or ignoring “wanted dead or alive” bounties placed by black militants on the heads of private citizens, he’s busy conspiring with pro-abortion extremists to bring the full weight of the federal government down upon innocent pro-life advocates.

Republican state senate candidate Brent Jones proudly inked the Taxpayer Protection Pledge last night at our monthly First Friday Happy Hour event. 

Brent is a conservative small businessman; something we need a LOT more of in Carson City.  He’s running in the GOP primary for Senate District 9 against Mari St. Martin - a hand-picked candidate of Senate Minority Leader-in-Waiting Michael Roberson who has also been endorsed by the Senate Moderate Republican Caucus. 

As of this date, St. Martin has not signed the Tax Pledge, apparently so as to be able to vote with Roberson to re-impose the Sandoval-Roberson “sunset” taxes next session if she’s elected.

SANFORD, Fla. — 

Two men were arrested in Sanford on attempted murder charges after trying to kill another man with a hammer, the Seminole CountySheriff's Office said on Monday.

Deputies said Julius Bender, 18, and Yahaziel Israel, 19, were charged with attempted homicide, burglary with assault or battery, and armed burglary. 

Investigators said Bender and Israel beat a 50-year-old man with a hammer inside his vehicle and then took him into the woods near Beardall Avenue and Lincoln Street, where they continued to attack him.

PENNSYLVANIA: COURT TO DENY JUSTICE TO RESIDENTS

 Jim Schneller's challenges to the nomination petitions of Patrick Meehan and Barack Obama continue.
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court prothonotary attempted on March 22, 2012, to permanently end the Schneller campaign's appeal of the Commonwealth Court's denial of the Schneller petition to set aside the nomination petitions of Barack Obama and Rep. Patrick Meehan. Using an order signed by a "staff attorney," the prothonotary declared the appeal quashed because the campaign did not file a brief on 1 1/2 days' notice. Such a time frame is unheard of in Pennsylvania courts and Schneller in fact was skiing in Vermont. Jim has filed a motion for reconsideration of the clerical decision, and all should hope and pray that this motion does not fail - if it does, then the seamiest end ever, to an Obama birth-status case, will have been inflicted. Supreme Court No. 24 MAL 2012, (Commonwealth Court 75 MD 2012.)

The second challenge that Jim is presenting against Obama and Meehan remains pending in the Commonwealth Court. It demands formation of a Committee made up of the Governor of Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania Secretary of State, and the Pennsylvania Attorney General, as provided by the election code when a party or parties seeking nomination have shown intent to errantly control, establish, or overthrow the constitution and the constitutional form of government. The Committee is directly authorized by law to refuse nomination papers of such people or parties.

The suit, Commonwealth Court No. 212 CD 2012 also seeks a setting aside or quo warranto “testing” of Obama’s office, based on lack of status as a natural born citizen, a setting aside or quo warranto review of the Meehan petition because of election code statutes forbidding code violators from holding office, and requests a judgment that the 2006 amendment to the Pennsylvania election code, which waives the requirement for an oath of eligibility by candidates for president, is unconstitutional.HARRISBURG, PA. - April 6, 2012
