WHERE IN THE CONSTITUTION IS A PRAETORIAN GUARD ALLOWED?
The portion of the flawed Obama Health Care Bill that references the creation of a new National Security Force, the "regular corps and ready reserve corps", what some have called “Obama's Private Army”, has nothing whatsoever to do with health care. Establishment of that Private Army was inserted in the 2074 page flawed Obama Health Care Bill that Pelosi said the Congress would have to read after it was passed, in order to see what was in it!!! This "Private Army" would be the fulfillment of Senator Obama's campaign promise made on July 2, 2008, when then Senator Obama said at that time: "We cannot continue to rely only on our military. … We've got to have a civilian Security Force just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded. We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the National Security objectives we've set.” The American people should be for-warned, and all who receive this E-mail should pass it on. There seems to be an unpublished National Security objective that only Senator Obama was referring to and only he has knowledge of.

Reader’s Digest version of history: Brian Sandoval ran for governor in 2010 promising to roll back the state’s general fund budget to the 2007 pre-recession level of around $5.2 billion. Once elected, however, he proposed in January 2010 a general fund budget of about $5.8 billion. But no tax hikes…including no extension of the “temporary” tax hikes passed in 2009.

Now…in the beginning of May 2010, the unelected cardinals on the Economic Forum convened and determined that an improving economy would result in an unexpected $300 million windfall surplus of tax revenue for the upcoming biennium.

The House Ethics Committee announced Friday it was still looking into whether to open a full investigation into Rep. Shelley Berkley, the first official notification that the Nevada Democrat is under scrutiny over allegations that she used her official position to aid her husband’s business.
In a statement issued by the House Ethics Committee, the secretive panel said it was extending the review period on the Berkley case until July 9. This comes after a recommendation from the Office of Congressional Ethics (OCE) calling for a full investigation into Berkley.

Jon Corzine, former governor of NJ, was CEO of MF Global before it folded. Under his supervision, money this company was HOLDING for its clients in the company bank account (not yet invested, see?) disappeared.
Now, if you have ever had an account at a company that assists its customers in making trades (something like Ameritrade, Scottrade, Waterhouse, etc, except that MF Global traded in commodities, not stocks), you know that these companies don’t have the right to touch your cash as long as it is in their bank and has not yet been invested. Right? Taking that would be exactly like your bank manager helping himself to money from your savings account. It would be, well, like stealing. No, scratch that. It WOULD be stealing.
Now, Corzine has been acting as though the untouchable client money in the company bank disappeared somewhere far away where he could not have possibly known. He's as eager to find out where it went as you are, by golly! Gee, where did it go, Jon? He can't remember. He has amnesia. He is Jon Corzine so he is above reproach. See his lawyer, etc.
Here is your dilemma:
If you call Jon Corzine a crook, then some people will say "innocent until proven guilty." So be careful.
If you say he is NOT a crook, then you aren't paying attention. So read the article below >>>
Then if you feel like calling Jon Corzine a crook, go ahead. But don't say I called him that. Far be it from me... My theory? Amnesia. You know how absent minded those former governors are.
