If this message survives the winnowing process by your handlers, I beg you read of the grave concerns by your constituents and the veterans vs. the 'selected one':

This impassioned plea will be my last attempt to finally convince you to restore the Constitutional tenets the founders who gave us to this nation 'under God' 235 years ago. For more than 5 of those years, I and my peers of the Politically Incorrect Like Minds Of America (PILMOA) have warned you of the hazards of congress' insouciant disregard of the preservation of this Republic. How many 'laundry lists' have you received from thousands of your constituents from Indiana's 6^th district and the millions from my national cohorts who articulated the same umbrage to the 434 representatives and 98 senators from the other states? Oh, I could trot out another list for you, but you already know the ideals within our hearts and minds. Yet most of you had neither heard nor heeded our plaintive voices.

Dear Conservatives,

Outraged Americans are standing up in opposition to the Obama Labor Board's latest scheme to grease the skids to force workers under union-boss control.

Will you join them?

Through August 22, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) is accepting comments on its proposed changes to union certification election procedures.

Over 8,000 individuals have submitted comments -- and the vast majority are pro-Right to Work and against the forced-unionism scheme.

The NLRB's proposed new election guidelines are designed to make union certification elections as one-sided as possible by:

** Encouraging union operatives to conduct stealth organizing campaigns for months or even years until they collect "union authorization cards" from just 30 percent of the workforce;

** Ambushing the rest of the workforce with quick-snap elections just days after union organizers turn the cards in to the NLRB;

** Denying workers sufficient time to counter union-boss propaganda, educate themselves and coworkers about the effects of unionization, and organize in opposition to the union;

** Forcing companies to hand over to union organizersthe name, address, phone number, email address, and shift schedule of each employee, exposing workers to "home visits" and other intimidation tactics.

Last week, Foundation staff attorney William Messenger argued at the Board's open meeting against the new ambush election procedures.

Union bosses desperately want these new rules to make it easier to steamroll their way into workplaces across the country.

"I could end the deficit in 5 minutes," he told CNBC. "You just pass a law that says that anytime there is a deficit of more than 3% of GDP, all sitting members of Congress are ineligible for re-election."

CPAC TO GAY CONSERVATIVES: UP YOURS!

Well, it appears – at least for now - that the homophobes have defeated the homocons.

GOProud is an organization of gay conservatives and their allies who are “committed to a traditional conservative agenda that emphasizes limited government, individual liberty, free markets and a confident foreign policy.” Hardly a radical, anti-conservative mission statement, wouldn’t you say?

However, CPAC - the annual gathering of conservatives in Washington, DC sponsored by the American Conservative Union, the organization that promotes itself as the umbrella group for various conservative organizations and issues – sent a “courtesy” letter this week to GOProud informing them that they were being banned as a sponsor next year.

At least after telling the organization to stick it where the sun don’t shine, CPAC said individual gay conservatives could still buy a ticket and attend the conference. Sort of like banning the NAACP as a sponsor but still allowing “colored” folks to attend.

How gracious of CPAC! I mean, who wouldn’t want to attend an event as a second-class citizen? Where do I sign up???
