RACISM IN THE 'PARTY OF THE LEFT' ???

We hear the cries of the Left as they scream, "Racists!" This is their word to defend every wrong headed and foolish theng Obama does. Everything to them reeks of racism and there is no hesitation to drop that accusation anytime anything is said that they do not agree with.

Alan Colmes, a man who is Liberal through and through, speaks out in defense of any and everything Obama does. To hear Colmes speak as he kow-tows to his master Obama is the equivelent to the Second Coming!

When asked as to the viability of Herman Cain as a Candidate for the Presidency Colmes did not hesitate for a moment as he said, "Cain is just another Co Co Puff."

HUH? For you who do not eat children's cereal allow me to tell you what a Co Co Puff is. A Co Co Puff is a chocolate flavored cereal that is brown in color.

If any Republican identified Obama as a Co Co Puff President you could bet your bottom dollar there would be deafening screams of, "Racist," directed toward the person making such a remark.

Holmes saying that? That is the equivalent of Roberts Byrd using the term "white N...." to describe anyone failing to agree with him. That is the equivalent of Harry Reid saying, "A Back man that really sounds educated," as he spoke about Obama.

Racism...in the Party of the Left...? YOU DECIDE!

Who ended 'Medicare as we know it'?

In today's special election for the 26th district US House seat in western New York, Democrats are trying out a tactic they're sure to use nationwide in 2012 -- the obscenely false claim that they will save "Medicare as we know it" from Republican efforts to reform it.

The truth is, the Obama health law, passed by Democrats last year, already eviscerated Medicare -- though seniors won't feel the effects for some time. And the reform plan Democrats are attacking -- Rep. Paul Ryan's entitlement-reform vision -- would undo much of the damage, while charting a new course to ensure Medicare doesn't run out of money.

"Medicare as we know it" can't survive ObamaCare's cuts of $575 billion from the program's funding over the next decade. Just as outrageous is that the Obama law stole $410 billion of those "savings" to expand eligibility for Medicaid.

IF the United States were to pass an amnesty bill, it would IMMEDIATELY cost $1 trillion, and a total of $3.7 trillion through the year 2056. America simply cannot afford this.

Mass legalization or, amnesty, is always talked about by this administration as if there is no cost to current citizens. However, this doesn't take into account that most illegal aliens are low-skilled and will never earn enough money to pay enough in taxes to cover all the benefits they receive (like welfare and health care). Amnesty would also make them qualify for all welfare and medical benefits offer by the local, state and federal government.

Chief Justice John Roberts, U.S. Supreme Court: According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable. Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional. Critics have complained that much, if not all of Obama's major initiatives run headlong into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal government. Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the Court when he used the venue of the State of the Union address early in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling that the First Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political ads during the time of an election. The tongue-lashing clearly did not sit well with the Court, as demonstrated by Justice Sam Alito, who publicly shook his head and stated under his breath, 'That's not true,' when Obama told a flat-out lie concerning the Court's ruling. As it has turned out, this was a watershed moment in the relationship between the executive and the judicial branches of the federal government.

Pam Geller, of Atlas Shrugs fame, one of America’s premier bloggers, appears to be a bit miffed that she has not been fully credited with breaking the story on Barack Obama’s massive 2008 fundraising fraud, a crime that Federal Election Commission lawyers are just now getting around to investigating… just in time for Obama to do it all over again, right under their noses.

Ms. Geller claims to have broken the story in an Atlas Shrugs piece on July 30, 2008. If that is the case, then I apparently scooped her by two days because, on July 28, 2008, I published a piece titled, “Who Owns Barack Obama,” in which I hypothesized the methodology used by Obama to commit the greatest election fraud crime in history.

Obamacare bombshell: Final ruling may wait until after 2012 election

Federal appeals judges dropped an Obamacare bombshell today that could change the calendar of when the Supreme Court will ultimately decide whether the president’s signature law is unconstitutional.
Two major lawsuits challenging the constitutionality of Obamacare were argued on May 10 before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. One case was brought by Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, arguing that the “individual mandate” that people must buy health insurance is unconstitutional. The other case was brought by Liberty University, where law school dean Mat Staver is challenging both the individual mandate and a similar requirement on companies employing 50-plus people, called the “employer mandate.”
Federal appeals are heard by three-judge panels chosen at random. The three on this Fourth Circuit panel are one Clinton-appointed judge and two Obama-appointed judges.
