If there is anything at all I have learned from the Tea Party conservatives, it's that they are a creative, hard working bunch! After reading over the 200 plus comments on the gas prices around the country I started thinking.... What can we do about this?

The incredible architecture, for instance. Buildings swayed but didn’t fall.
4. THE GRACE (Selflessness)

People bought only what they needed for the present, so everybody could get something. 5. THE ORDER
No looting in shops. No honking and no overtaking on the roads. Just understanding.

6. THE SACRIFICE
Fifty [RESPONSIBLE & DEDICATED] workers stayed back to pump sea water into the nuclear reactors. How will they ever be repaid?

7. THE TENDERNESS
Restaurants cut prices. An unguarded ATM is left alone. The strong cared for the weak.

8. THE TRAINING
The old and the children, everyone knew exactly what to do. And they did just that.

9. THE MEDIA
They showed magnificent restraint in the bulletins. No silly reporters. Only calm reportage. Most of all –NO POLITICIANS TRYING TO GET CHEAP MILEAGE. 10. THE CONSCIENCE
When the power went off in a store, people put things back on the shelves and left quietly.

With their country in the midst of a colossal disaster -- The Japanese citizens can teach plenty of lessons to the world.

On April 10, Bob Seashols, a Coordination Center Officer for the Transportation and Security Administration (TSA) at the Richmond International Airport (RIC) and an administrator for Atheists United’s Facebook page, took part in a coordinated effort to populate pornographic images, extreme profanity, and sexually explicit anti-Christian hate-speech on the Facebook page of Ken Ham, an internationally known Christian ministry leader who serves as president of Answers in Genesis-U.S (AiG) and the popular Creation Museum, located near Cincinnati, Ohio.

Unions have their place but not in anything other than Wage/Hour negotiations. This would include Holiday scheduling.

What Unions have done is to interject themselves into matters where they have no expertise nor capability to learn of their lack of knowledge.

School Unions - They are interjecting themselves in matters such as: Sex Education; Curriculum Management; Book decisions; Teaching matters, and other matters that have no bearing whatever on proper education. The interference is leading to the lack of proper education of the children of America.

Earlier today, Kyle E. N. George (I think the E.N. might stand for "Earns Nothing”), chairman of the Nevada Student Alliance, announced in an email that conservative freshman state Sen. UPDATE: House Passes Budget Deal

Boehner stated this bill is not perfect and it's not cause for celebration it's just one step closer to the bill by Rep Ryan on the Path to Prosperity. The budget deal now goes to the Senate for vote tomorrow (Friday).

Meanwhile the House will start consideration on the 2012 Budget Path to Prosperity on Friday.

Another Border Agent Convicted for Stopping a Mexican Drug Smuggler

Agent Jesus Diaz facing 10+ years in prison for “pulling handcuffs” during arrest in Texas.
In what appears to be yet another case of the Mexican Government orchestrating a fake crime against one of their drug smuggling criminals hauling dope into the U.S., Border Patrol Agent Jesus Diaz, a 7-year Border Patrol veteran, was convicted in Federal Court on February 24 of one count of excessive force (under color of law) and 5 counts of lying to Internal Affairs. He is facing a maximum of 35 years in prison when he is sentenced in November. Meanwhile, he’s been in jail since the verdict nearly two months ago. He’s in solitary confinement 23 hours per day for his safety. So far, the judge has refused to allow bond while Diaz awaits sentencing.
This latest prosecution against a U.S. border agent stems from an October 2008 incident near the Rio Grande River in Eagle Pass, TX where Diaz and several other agents responded to illegal aliens who had crossed the river into Texas with bundles of drugs.

The California Teachers Association is planning a week’s worth of Wisconsin-style protests and rallies, from May 9-13, to “force legislature to pass tax extensions.”
That’s the short term objective of the “State of Emergency” protests, according to the website for the rallies (screen shot below). The longterm objective is to, “educate and convince communities to change tax structure and achieve tax fairness in order to achieve adequate, stable and ongoing funding for public education and essential public services.”

(NewsCore) - Two McDonald's Corp. restaurant managers in Savannah, Ga., were charged Wednesday with selling identities stolen from US citizens to prospective workers -- a case that federal authorities said shows the risks employers are increasingly taking to mask the hiring of illegal immigrants.
US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said Wednesday that agents executed search warrants at two McDonald's outlets and the headquarters of McDonald's-NTG Enterprises, where they seized employee records and other evidence. The Savannah-based company owns and operates six McDonald's restaurants in the area.
Agents arrested managers Oscar Lazo, 51, a Peruvian national, and Eva Ramos, 35, a US citizen, as well as nine immigrants at the restaurants around noon Wednesday. They also arrested two Mexican nationals, former employees of McDonald's in the area at their homes, as well as a fifth defendant, for whom ICE did not release any information

ON OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP

What I can tell you is this… Obama, the Putative President of the U.S., was born a British subject governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948, and is currently also a British protected person and/or a British Citizen to this day. Folks arguing the birth certificate is a completely secondary issue. It has little relevance when you step back and consider the big picture…many of you have accurately noted that pursuant to the British law that appears to apply to Obama and his father, and which likely makes Obama a British citizen, is in effect not only at the time of his birth in 1961, but still today. Under the Kenyan Constitution of 1963, Chapter VI, Section 87, Obama’s father and Obama became citizens of Kenya.

But neither Kenya’s independence from Great Britain, nor the Kenyan Constitution, nor the Kenyan Independence Act of 1963, as amended, caused Obama to lose his British citizenship with which he was born. This all leads to the question of how can Mr. Obama be an Article II “natural born Citizen” if he was at birth both a “U.S. citizen” (assuming he was born in the U.S.) and a British citizen, which alone disqualifies him from having that status? But to make matters worse, Obama continues to be a British citizen at a time that he is currently the President of the United States.
