Americans are desperately seeking employment as the Democrats seek to belittle any and all efforts of Republicans to assist in the increase of employment. Instead of being creative and looking for ways to get jobs for citizens Democrats are constantly seeking to smear, demean and outright lie to remain in office rather than displaying a 'can do' attitude.

In November 2010 their was a vote. Americans concerned with lack of employment and a outrageous rise in our national deficit voted in a huge group of new Republican Congressmen and women thinking there would be a solution to both employment and the deficit. Rather than a solution being arrived to either the Democrats 'dug in.'

We were led to believe we were having an intelligent Guantanamo Bay (Gitmo) detainee discussion when the administration threw in some non sequitur about Article 75. Introducing Article 75 into the conversation was misleading to those who take words at face-value, confusing to those who dare to delve below the surface and alarming to those who understand our safety is in the hands of some who dangerously dance outside the confines of common sense....

Social-networking sites, specifically Facebook, are being used to promote a campaign that appears to target the very existence of Israel, with hundreds of thousands worldwide seeking to join in a plan to "return" to and take over the original homes of their families in "Palestine" on May 15.
According to an in-depth report by L. Barkan, a research fellow at the Middle East Media Research Institute, which monitors and analyzes media reports throughout the Middle East, the idea being circulated is "for millions of Palestinian refugees to march en masse in return to the original homes of their families in Israel."
The movement's plans call for this to be much more than just a visit, however.

In the 2011 Nevada Legislature, lawmakers in the majority are again carrying water for organized trade unions — from the Keynesian "jobs fund" proposal to the mercantilist "Nevada Jobs First" proposal.

Longtime Nevada residents know this is nothing new. It began in the 1930s, when legislators first adopted the state's prevailing wage requirements on public works projects.
Prevailing wage laws in Nevada are adapted from federal language contained in the Davis-Bacon Act of 1931. The explicit purpose of these laws is to prevent a free market from allocating individuals with valuable trade skills to areas where they are most needed.
Since the law's explicit purpose is to undermine this critical role of markets and artificially ensure regional scarcity for skilled labor, it should come as no surprise that the law substantially increases labor costs. The only question becomes: "By how much?"

Bureaucrats and Academics stopped real scientific debate and forced through new environmental regulations in California.

A trucking company that is within 2 miles of my office in Cypress, CA will likely go out of business as will many others due to these new whacked in the head regulations that are based on lies. The new regulations will also cause cement, food, gasoline, and virtually any commodity delivered by a truck to skyrocket in price.

The new regulations are based on a study given by "Dr." Hien Tran that claimed 2000 premature deaths came from diesel emissions each year in California.

I put " " around "Dr." for a reason. He received his doctorate from a diploma mill. It was discovered when a real researcher from UCLA believed Mr. Tran was making it all up and checked on his credentials. He has a phony PhD.

The whistle blower, James Enstrom, is a true PhD from UCLA. So what happened next?

The head of the California Air Resource Board, Mary Nicholes and another commissioner John Froines got Dr. Enstrom fired from his 34 year job at UCLA.

Academic honesty and real scientific need not apply in California when environmentalism is involved. The left wing will destroy those who get in their way and force an economy destroying measure with the real goal of stopping growth and increasing dependency on an authoritarian government.

PORKER OF THE MONTH : SENATOR HARRY REID - WASTEFUL AND RIDICULOUS!

Citizens Against Government Waste (CAGW) has named Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-Nev.) Porker of the Month for his absurd belief that a federally-funded Cowboy Poetry Festival in Elko, Nevada (pop. 17,000) constitutes essential government spending.  The festival receives a portion of its budget from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH), whose $146 million budget was defunded under H.R. 1, the Full-Year Continuing Resolution for fiscal year 2011, that Sen. Reid helped defeat in the Senate.  During a floor speech on March 8, 2011, Sen. Reid described the proposed termination as “mean-spirited,” stating that were it not for NEH’s federal money, the Cowboy Poetry Festival and “the tens of thousands of people who come there every year, would not exist.”  In response, Western Folklife Center Executive Director Charlie Seemann commented that NEH funds just 7 percent of the festival and that he and his fellow cowboys “could certainly continue if we lose that funding.”  For undervaluing the individual, entrepreneurial spirit that makes America great and believing that federal taxpayers should pay for everything, even those programs that can stand on their own, CAGW names Senate Majority Leader Reid the March Porker of the Month.  Read more about the Porker of the Month.

Controversial Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio has refuted the recent claims by Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano that the U.S.-Mexico border is safer as does the Center for Immigration Studies’ which claims Napolitano’s statements are merely “political spin.”

To show just how much he disagrees with Secretary Napolitano, Sheriff Arpaio has launched one of the largest crime suppression sweeps in Arizona’s history, “Operation Desert Sky,” which will target drug-smugglers using desert corridors in Maricopa County, AZ.  The sweep will use 30 aircraft patrolling for at least 30 days, qualified armed posse members, drug-sniffing dogs, and SWAT teams equipped with M-16s.

The operation follows the recent arrests of 207 illegal immigrants in the county and the seizure of 36,000 pounds of marijuana, cocaine, and methamphetamines in the past year.

Gregory Hollister impersonated Obama with the Selective Service and managed to get a card with President Obama’s Selective Service information on it, a blogger posted on gratewire.com last week.Colorado Springs Gazette that a private investigator gave him what is purported to be the president’s Social Security number and he then accessed the Social Security Number Verification Service to find out to whom it was issued and to access Selective Service documents.The site allows registered users to verify names and Social Security numbers for employment purposes and warns that using it under false pretenses is a violation of federal law. Hollister told the Gazette that according to the Social Security Administration, that number was never issued, but that's the same Social Security number that appears on Obama's Selective Service documents.Hollister said the Social Security number on what he says is Obama’s draft registration begins with the numbers 042, which would be issued to someone born in Connecticut, not Hawaii.Hollister and others birthers claim Obama was born in either Kenya or Indonesia and that his birth certificate showing he was born in Honolulu in 1961 is a forgery. The Constitution requires that the president of the United States be a natural born citizen.Hollister has challenged in a lawsuit that Obama is not an American citizen.
