The House has just passed a budget bill that cuts more
than $60 billion in federal spending -- including defunding
ObamaCare, deep cuts to Planned Parenthood, pork projects
and elimination of federal control of Fannie Mae and
Freddie Mac.

But as the bill moves to the Senate, Democrat leaders
appear ready to pounce -- looking to score political
points by casting Republicans as "mean-spirited" and
"callous" and "insensitive" for their cost-cutting actions.

House Speaker John Boehner's words underscore the overwhelming
public sentiment in the U.S. -- cut federal spending and
turn away from Obama's failing "print more spend more"
economic philosophy.

       citizens overwhelmingly demanded fiscal responsibility

We had listed what Mark Williams and some others in Sacramento CA were planning to do as far as infiltrating the SEIU rallies. We never asked our members to take that kind of action nor was that our intention.

We asked you to organize counter protests as it states below. We then showed you what SEIU is planning, a letter from Jim Testerman,PSEA President followed by Mark Williams blog. I have since removed the blog to make it clear we are NOT calling for that action to be taken but rather as it states below, this was a call to action to organize and support counter protests.

Hope this clears up any confusion.

TEA PARTY NATION REPORTS

The hallmark of the liberal control of the American government from 2007 through 2011 has been staggering unemployment.  Officially, the unemployment rate hangs at ten percent.  The real rate of unemployment, including under employment is closer to twenty.   When you include those who have given up on searching for a job, the number becomes even more staggering.
Many in the GOP field claim to be the economic savior of the county.  Perhaps the loudest self-cheerleader seems to be Mitt Romney.    He has been making the rounds asking, "who is going to put 15 million people back to work?"
Romney of course, wants to imply that it will be him, given his vaunted business background.  Given his political background, giving Massachusetts "Romneycare" and running for the United States Senate to the left of Ted Kennedy, Americans should be worried.  When you look at his track record as a businessman, worry should turn into all out alarm.

Al Jazeera has suggested that air force fighters have opened fire on crowds of protesters. So, too, must taxpayers.

Freshman State Senator Shakes Up Mining Industry as Legislative Session Begins

CARSON CITY - Freshman Republican state Sen. Michael Roberson got a lot of people's attention last week when he engaged in a brief but spirited line of questioning at a Judiciary Committee hearing with mining industry lobbyists.

On the job just one week, Roberson, R-Las Vegas, was trying to get information from the mining industry about their profits in Nevada. He was not satisfied with the answers, and said afterward the mining industry might be able to pay more in taxes, firing a shot across the bow of one the state's most powerful industries.

Roberson, the only attorney on the Judiciary Committee and one of only two in the 21-member Senate, did not mince words with the industry lobbyists during a discussion of a measure to take away mining's right to use eminent domain.

In an interview in his legislative office last week, Roberson said it is his job to get the answers, and he won't stop until he does.

"What I wanted to know from mining, and I didn't get a straight answer - how much money are the mining companies making here in Nevada," Roberson said. "What's their profit? I think that's important for the people to know. And it was clear to me, the lobbyists for mining didn't want to give me those numbers."

Billionaire financier George Soros blasted Fox News, Glenn Beck and Rupert Murdoch Sunday in a CNN interview, likening them to Nazis or the fictitious “Big Brother” of George Orwell for what he described as manipulation of the public. He also suggested that the tea party movement was deluded and should be pitied because they don’t "understand" the economic forces at work in the United States, according to CNN.

Last year, Soros donated $1 million to the liberal media analysis group Media Matters, which devotes much of its work to attacking Fox. For years, the group had denied being secretly funded by Soros, who stressed that this was his first ever donation to the group.

In the comments section of our article “My friend Abdul,” our Muslim reader Alif gave us some things to ponder.
Firstly, he pointed out how immoral the West has become and in so doing presented an uncomfortable argument as to why Muslims would have the moral authority to rule the West and the rest of the world.
Secondly, however, he ignored my question as to why Islam favors the Koran over the Bible — and specifically, why the Bible, parts of which were written thousands of years before the Koran, and most of the historical content of which was written by contemporaries, should be given short shrift or even be ignored by Islam, which is based on the writings of one man who has never met any of the protagonists of the Bible, whom he nonetheless claims to revere. I have posed this question to Muslims for years and never receive an answer.
